DIRECTIONS TO OUR LOCATION: 
South Side on Lamar 
1409 Botham Jean Blvd #110 
Dallas, TX 75215 

From US-75 South 
• Take exit 284A for I-30 West 
• Stay in the right lane and exit at Ervay Street 
• Continue onto Griffin Street W 
•Turn left onto Akard St. 
• Turn right onto Belleview St 
• The South Side on Lamar building will be on your left after crossing the light on Botham Jean Blvd. 

From I35-S, 114/183 or the North Dallas Tollway 
• Exit I-30E following signs to Texarkana 
• Exit Right to Lamar/Griffin 
• Turn Left onto Botham Jean Blvd – the South Side on Lamar building is 3 blocks down on the right 

PARKING:
Guests may park in the free “Retail Parking Lot” located at the SW corner of Austin and Belleview Street.
Additional Parking is available: 
• Limited free parking in the lot in front of the main entrance to the building on Botham Jean Blvd
• Metered parking is available along Botham Jean Blvd. Coins or credit card. 
• DART service is available at Cedars Station
